As we come to our practice, I offer a few insights:
1. Let your bones drop and anchor into Mother Earth.
2. Allow the Breathe of Life to breath you and initiate movement.
3. The movement is the muscles floating away from the bones and resting back down, as we shift and open.
4. Continue with this exploration in all asana postures.
